The 10 Day Build-A-Business Challenge
I'm going to teach you how to get your first 100 customers.
One video a day. One workbook a day. Ten days to go from "I've got an idea" to a business that solves a real problem, a price, a structure, and a plan to reach your first 100 customers.
10 videos · 10 workbooks · Lifetime access
Cool doesn't pay. Problems pay.
Most men I talk to have ideas. A clothing brand. A side hustle. Something that looks good on Instagram.
But a business that's built because it's cool dies the first slow month. A business that solves a real problem keeps paying, even in a recession.
This challenge teaches the 4 rules I build on:
1. Choose the right business. Find a problem that makes people mad, and solve it.
2. Charge and upsell. Pick the model that pays you every month, not once.
3. Structure it. Set it up right: LLC, bank account, contracts, tools.
4. Market it. Free, paid, and the one strategy where your customers bring you more customers.
Ten days. Ten videos. Ten workbooks. You don't just watch. You do the work.
Who's teaching this
I don't teach from theory. I open my own books.
I'm Prince Donnell, founder of MensBookClub.com. In this challenge you'll see:
- My own ad account, on screen: $3,989 spent, 407 leads, and how I think about cost per lead.
- A free YouTube video of mine that crossed 932,000 views, and why free marketing still works.
- A real business scenario: a $1,000/month bookkeeping client, and the upsells that come after the first sale.
The challenge
Your 10 days
One video. One workbook. About 10 minutes of teaching and 20 minutes of work a day.
Day 1 · Rule 1 · 13:33
Find a problem worth solving
Workbook: The Problem List. Write down 20 things that make you mad or waste your time. Circle the 3 people would pay to fix.
Day 2 · Rule 1 · 8:52
Need-based businesses are gold
Workbook: The Need Test. Score your 3 ideas: would people pay for this in a recession? Keep the one that passes.
Day 3 · Rule 2 · 11:06
Different ways to charge a customer
Workbook: Pick Your Model. One-time, subscription, or both. Write your first price and why.
Day 4 · Rule 2 · 11:22
A real business scenario + upsells
Workbook: The Upsell Map. Your core offer, plus 3 things the same customer will buy next.
Day 5 · Rule 3 · 8:05
Which legal structure should I choose?
Workbook: Structure Checklist. Sole prop, LLC, or partnership, plus the questions to bring to your tax pro.
Day 6 · Rule 3 · 10:03
Tools and systems to launch
Workbook: Launch Stack. Check off your LLC, contracts, bank account, payments, business email, website, and phone line.
Day 7 · Rule 4 · 6:37
Good vs. bad marketing

Free marketing strategies
Workbook: 10 Free Posts. Ten videos or posts that answer your customer's real questions.
Day 9 · Rule 4 · 7:44

Day 10 · Rule 4 · 9:59
The holy grail: customers who bring you customers
Workbook: Your Referral Offer. A referral fee your customers can't turn down, and the first 10 people you'll ask.
What you get
- 10 video lessons, about an hour and a half of teaching, one per day.

- Real numbers from my own ad account, YouTube, and business scenarios.
- Lifetime access. Start any day. Go at your pace.
This is for you if…
- You want to own something, not just work for someone.
- You have ideas but don't know which one will actually pay.
- You want something you can pass down to your kids.
- You'll do 30 minutes of work a day for 10 days.
This is not for you if…
- You want to get rich quick.
- You want to watch videos and skip the work.
- You're building something just because it looks cool.
Questions
Do I need a business idea already?
No. Day 1 starts with finding one. You'll leave Day 2 with an idea that solves a real problem.
Do I need money to start?
Most of the challenge costs nothing to do. Setting up an LLC and running ads cost money, and I show you when each one makes sense.
How long does each day take?
About 10 minutes of video and 20 minutes of work in the workbook.
What if I fall behind?
You have lifetime access. The next day waits for you.
I have the Library Card. Do I already have this?
Yes. It's in your library. Log in and start Day 1.
"But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth."
Deuteronomy 8:18
Ten days from now you can have a plan. Or the same ideas you had last year.
One payment of $47. Ten days. Lifetime access.
